Our coffee is roasted, ground and delivered fresh. So, quality is always guaranteed. That's why we only offer refunds or exchanges if your order arrives incorrect, broken or missing products. We don't allow refunds if you're unsatisfied with our coffee's taste or grind, but please do let us know!
